好用的梯子 The Delcamp Group is focused on understanding photon conversion processes for: 1) designing strong photoinduced oxidants to understand fundamental electron transfer processes in solution, at interfaces, and to drive chemical transformations, 2) generation of chemical fuels from molecular catalysts in solution and at surfaces, and 3) designing NIR/SWIR emissive small molecules. We employ advanced synthetic and molecular design strategies to design novel materials to probe light-matter interactions and the subsequent photonic, electron transfer, and chemical reactions that take place after excitation.
